Yes, all jewelry is either fabricated or carved in wax and cast using the lost wax casting method from my home studio in East Austin, Texas.
Because I am a solo operation, production times may vary.
Small variations from piece to piece are to be expected.

Yes! Gold fill and 14k gold are available upon request - as are custom chain lengths.

Most items are made to order and production times vary between 2 - 5 weeks.

Currently, I ship to all 50 states in the U.S. via the USPS and provide tracking with every order.

No returns or exchanges are allowed at this time - except on rare occasions that your piece arrives damaged in the mail. Should that happen - email kimberlyflorjewelry@gmail.com.

For sterling silver pieces, wear your jewelry often and avoid swimming or putting perfume or lotion on your piece. Storing in an airtight bag when not in use helps prevent tarnishing - and if you need to clean your piece, use gentle soap and a soft toothbrush.
