The Milagro Collection

The Milagro Collection is a series of hand-carved charms, cast in sterling silver using the lost wax casting method.

Drawing inspiration from a childhood home and upbringing in Las Cruces, New Mexico, this metal series of jewelry pays homage to Southern New Mexico culture.

While Milagros have deep religious origins and often reference body parts, organs, feet, etc., this collection reflects the way cultural icons and motifs evolve with time, embracing new narratives and meanings, while honoring history and tradition. 

Coming from a mixed ethnic and cultural background and having lived in many States - New Mexico, Florida, Arizona, Texas, and California - this series is an ongoing reflection of that eclectic upbringing.
